We are a startup voip + software company in need of an additional tech savvy customer support team member. 

The candidate in this position will:

  • Assist our customers understand our VoiP+Software product and answer their inquiries
  • Troubleshoot over the phone and via email tickets
  • Ensure that our customers have the best customer experience possible
  • Participate in video team meetings 
  • Be a positive energy with both the team and our customers!

Requirements include:

  • Near perfect English with a neutral accent
  • Knowledge on voip networking requirements and the environments of small businesses (as they are unique in their resource constraints)
  •  Able to work from at least 9:30am-10:30am & 3pm-9pm EST, M-F (New York Time)
  • This will be your exclusive work and focus

This is a chaotic startup environment, so you must be comfortable being a self starting and seeing tasks through to completion with minimal oversight (although there is a supportive team here to help!).
