General Duties: 

  • Review and follow Sales Formula- Consultants and Upgrade Process.  Change processes to match any updates listed and communicated to you.
  • Update SmartSheets with all communication between you and client
  • Practice Script and keep up to date with any changes and updates to script
  • Be able to keep to script and bring calls back to script that go off subject
  • Successfully analyze if potential client is ready for next step
  • Keeping to script and documenting any objections, pains
  • Learn how to close deal with Owners
  • Communicate with team members to make sure all information is shared freely
  • Periodically check calendar throughout day to check for updates of scheduled calls
  • Help team members with questions or issues that arise.

You must possess the following skills and/or knowledge:

  • Understanding of a proper sales process
  • At least 2 years of success in telesales and phone prospecting
  • Comfortable using video to communicate with team and prospects
  • Technically savvy and able to use online applications such as Google Docs
  • Comfortable asking for the commitment of a potential member
  • Excellent written language (must always be error free)

You will work 25 hours weekly, Monday-Friday during business hours for a 100% remote company. You will be responsible for your computer and high speed internet and  will be working warm leads from various marketing sources. Hourly pay plus commissions will be paid making this an excellent work from home position for the ambitious sales professional.

You need to live in one of the following states: Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania or Illinois
